I’m a busy lady. My life is full and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

I’m a mother to two wild little girls. 

I live on an island in rural Ontario where I tend to chickens, a giant garden, and have a million little tasks that take time when you live rurally (like plowing your own driveway and fighting off bears)

I have an online wellness studio which requires that I tend to my own health and wellness practices daily. 

A podcast that requires relationship building and that I stay in the know in regards to current events.

A membership with kickass members where I show up live to teach weekly coaching calls.

And a coaching business where I work 1:1 with individuals who want to quantum leap forward. 

And I have multiple streams of income from affiliate and network marketing brands that I align with.

And I take lots of time to myself where I go on long walks with my dogs, take our houseboat out on adventures, travel the world with our kids, exercise and do yoga, have a sauna, and have fun.

How?

How is it possible to pursue our passions, go after everything that we’ve ever wanted, be a good parent, have fun, travel, make money AND rest? 

You can have it all my friends. 

Maybe not all at once. 

Maybe not right this second.
